He went into that in the press conference. He said he chose to prioritize recruiting coordinator over hitting coach.

Regardless neither of your comments have anything to do with what I said. The fact remains that Smoke Lavall went to the college World Series more often on average than Paul Maneri. You can spin that all you like but that’s what I said and it’s a fact.

Oh so when Mainieri goes 0-2 in Omaha it’s a travesty and LSU is so much better but you want to pump up the guy who inherited the greatest college baseball program of all time and could not manage A. Single. Solitary. Win. in the CWS.
