The TTT shite is not clever or edgy; it's just weird and cringy...And you are trying to read way to much into one scrimmage

+1000. I find it funny that idiots who were not present can draw conclusion of how good or bad a player's performance was, especially when those that were present indicated that said player looked good.

And to the poster who gave TTT credit for having a room temperature IQ, you are being much too generous.

Didn’t they work on red zone too? It’s harder to throw for a ton of yards on 11 attempts with two drops and goal line situations included.

I like hearing that he connected on deep go routes to nabors in 7on7

They ran less than 50 plays with at least 2 offensive units probably 3. It all means nothing.

That’s a deflection and has nothing to do with my post.

It has EVERYTHING to do with your post. No one was “crying” about Jackson’s apparently electrifying 70+ yard catch and run. People were simply pointing out the desperate need on the part of some to use that play as “proof” of Nuss’ outperforming Daniels. The double standard at play here is those who always find reasons to discount Daniels’ performance and contributions being quick to assign all credit to Nuss for a play that was mostly yards after catch.

Apparently Nuss does not feel mistreated or he wouldn’t still be here. The notion that Kelly is not doing everything he can to make this team the very best it can be is beyond stupid.

Again you’re just showing that you’re the one with bias and an agenda. All I did was point out a fact, that a certain group was dismissing statistics by using a qualifier for one guy and comparing them to actual numbers for the other. Something that never happens inversely. There was no editorial by me that came from you.

That is 100% not true. Daniels’ stats and accomplishments are consistently diminished by those seeking to denigrate him.

Including all of a players stats is not the same as literally altering stats to diminish him. One is honest the other isn’t, there couldn’t be a more clear contrast.

The scrimmage today means nothing. It was for the fat cats, former players and family attending. The take away is that in watching the practice and so called scrimmage this year’s team looks solid compared to last year. Daniels, Nuss and the freshman all looked good. Kelly plays to win and he is a much better coach than Sabin. I’ll gladly defer to his judgment on who to play quarterback. The team had good energy through the end which is unbelievable given the sun and heat. This year will be much better than last year.

You clearly have a blind spot when it comes to the arguments that have been made against Daniels. I have no idea about your personal track record in that regard so my comments were never directed at you in particular. I would only say that for you to even level the charge of a double standard it would require that the exact opposite has occurred in the past. That is, you must have some incident in mind where someone contextualized and/or minimized Daniels’ stats and it was met with backlash from those who are now doing the same to Nuss’ stats. If you are now saying no one has ever done that to Daniels, what then is the basis for your claim of a double standard?

So you gonna set there and act like Daniels couldn’t have thrown that easy dump off to Jackson for a 75 yd TD? LMAO

Geez dude me and you could throw a decent screen pass. I love Nuss but let’s don’t act like he did something amazing that Daniels couldn’t do here.

Problem is only people like you would be thumping your chest. No one in here wants to see this team fail like the Nuss boys just to prove a point. A lot of us believe in the coaching staff to put our guys in the best position to win. If Nuss is the guy, I’m riding with him. If JD is the guy, I won’t be calling for Nuss every possession.

But I digress-so again, why are you the way you are? I'm honestly asking.

Truthfully? I’m not bi-polar, it’s just I enjoy trying to defend or critique both sides of an argument. Sometimes it actually helps me to understand why an LSU fan or coach has a certain belief.

I can defend why Daniels should be starting, he beat Bama, he’s a nightmare because of his elusiveness. But I also understand the concern of anyone over Daniels poor completion percentage in this scrimmage.

I can defend Nuss getting a look if Daniels struggles to a degreee vs Fla State, games are going to be shorter with the new NCAA rules. Nuss lit up Ga’s defense, he’s the last person Ga fans want to see starting if LSU makes it to SEC championship.

Hmmm…. ok.

UGA had begun rotating players by that time and the game was out of reach for LSU.

I will agree though that Nuss did pretty well though. I wouldn’t go as far to say he “lit them up.” Again, there were players in the game by that time with little to no experience. Not saying they’re not good players, just lacking experience.
