I agree that they should not have taken him out of the record books.

Maybe it tells you how much a locker room cancer he was in the NFL and no team wants to deal with his shite since he couldn't get on the field anyway.

Bill Cosby got accused by a bunch of women with no one ever actually stating he raped them. Many of which were caught lying. So just because multiple women accuse you of something does not mean its true.

When 50+ women accuse you of sexually assaulting them, it seems that you have a legit problem with sexually assaulting women.

LSU went woke and tried to pretend like Derrius never went off on A&M. We're all just suppose to pretend like that didn't happen now?

No shite it SEEMS. Seem is not factual evidence to prove that you have a problem with sexual assault.

There’s a reason he’s radioactive, re: the NFL. This is a league that has and has had all kinds of POS playing.

This I can go along with.

POS or not, those performances happened. To erase them is just stupid and revisionist.

I agree, he should be in the record books, but is it possible someone from LSU reached out to him and he said frick you. Then with Aleva in charge and the title IV crap that they said screw you?

If Derrius really believed in his case here, he would have lawyered up himself instead of just having LSU pay settlements to make this go away.
To take him out the record books, either the school really had evidence on him and covered it, or they really are asinine. He really embarrassed the school at the time. I'm sure Coach O at time new he needed Guice, and had to help cover his stupid issues. The NFL did their homework too on him. That's why he wasn't a first rounder. Easily would have been. I loved watching him play at LSU. I think he's lucky he never got sued, or anything worse. He needs to grow up.

Daughter went to Redemptorist and she thought he was creepy, way back then. Everything about the situation was messed up, but how you carry yourself after the situation is almost as important as before. He did mess up that second part.

This guy watched his father get shot when he was a kid. I am going to show him a little bit of sympathy. Also not that it matters much now, but the guy was an absolute beast of a running back.

Guice wasn't a party in those lawsuits nor was he subpoenaed to testify. Why would he have lawyered up in those cases? LSU took a settlement. Guice didn't. He did lawyer up in the cases for which he was a party.

Oh, ok. Well that makes sense. Either way, the whole story is sad, ..taken out of all records by school is extremely harsh.

But if you want to talk about redemption stories, talk about TM7.
Unlike Guice, he actually got kicked off the team, was nearly universally castigated,

what TM7 did was only hurting himself.
what Guice is accused of is quite a bit different than smoking gas station weed.

Guilty until proven innocent only pertains to the court of law. Which to my knowledge he has not been convicted and has suffered no penalties (as of today).

Fair or not, guilty until proven innocent does not pertain to the court of public opinion.

Regardless of what anybody thinks, Guice has some kind of mental problem. Don't know if it's ADD or ADHD or what, but I personally know 2 guys in their 30s (one has ADD and the other ADHD), and I could tell somehing is off about them mentally before they told me. Both are hella annoying too.

Guice not having that father figure early in his life also attributes to his behavior.

It's not really "me too crap".

Guice is a very bad person and sexual deviant.
