Gee they didn’t want to pick UTEP +41.5 or Tennessee State +47.5? 
Not much to work with this weekend in terms of legitimate upset potential, so of course they’re going to talk about this one.

I am usually pretty cautious, but this is the best I've felt about LSU in an opener since 2019 and that'sbecause LSU played GA Southern.
The offense may start slow, but it will wear down Clemson with Lane's tempo. It's going to be Blake's defense that sets the tone early.

It’s so hard to know anything.
I’ve heard a rumor that the OL is going to be a problem.
And I heard that QB might be a problem.
The OL didn’t surprise me. The QB did.
If either or both of these are accurate, we definitely could be upset.
But there’s no way of knowing until you see it. And we have no idea what Clemson is bringing. There is a world where they struggle all year.
It’s all a guess combined with the hopium.

I hate when Stephen A talks CFB. He has very minimal knowledge in this field. This isn’t nba.
He probably still thinks Clemson is the same program that had Deshaun Watson Trevor Lawrence and Etienne the same program that was dominating and kicking Bama arse.

Disney/ESPN is total crap on so many levels. I'm glad to say that I stopped watching their regular programming several years ago.
This game won't even be close. And, obtw the LSU players are even more united because they have embraced the role of idiots like the talking heads on ESPN branding them as villains.

This game is the game they want to push, so they won't come out and say they expect LSU to blow Clemson out of the water in general. With all the Lane hate out there, they lean into it to try to draw more eyes, hoping to see the guy they hate lose.
