Don't assume you know any of us on here to be just bandwagon fans. Just because we're pissed about how lackluster this team was this year considering the talent and excitement coming into the season doesn't make any of us bandwagon fans. On the contrary, we're so upset because we are more than that. Most of us are die hard fans of all LSU athletics. We complained about Dale, Skip, Saban, Dinardo, Cholly, Les, etc. Hell we even complained about Sue Gunther. There hasn't been any coach I can remember that hasn't warranted complaint from us fans and I've been an LSU fan since childhood. I'm 40. Go twiddle JJ's diddle if you want. I'm a tried and true fan of all LSU athletics and I think Jones is out of his league and needs to kick rocks.

I supported Jones before this year. We were getting better every season, seemingly building up to this year as our big opportunity to make a deep run. After what happened this year, especially everything that happened since Saturday, he finally lost me.

Can you really blame TD for feeling let down after all the expectations we had? There's no shortage of coaching criticism on here, but not all of it is unwarranted.

Yeah I'm sure the reason people don't care for basketball as much as football or baseball is because of the black kids. Which I'm assuming is what you're bitch arse wanted to say instead of "cough". Lemme blow your mind really quick. Football (college and pro) is predominantly black. Baseball (mostly major leagues) is predominantly foreign born players. So stfu and get your stupid arse outta here with that BS

I love these racial undertones that seem to be the go-to answer why nobody likes a coach. So since I am white, I don't want JJ here because he is black. Yet, I get this feeling you want JJ here because he is black and if this was a white coach, you would be first in line wanting his head. See how that works?

I don't want JJ here because he was an awful hire and he is proving it. (I actually thought Trent J was a good hire).

The negative attitude regarding the end to this season has a lot to do with how bad JJ shite the bed in the NCAA Tournament last season.

Most college teams did not have the talent level of Mickey, Martin, Quarterman, Simmons, and Blakeney come through in a two year period. Those that did, and a large number that did not, have more NCAA Tournament wins than does LSU during that time frame.

Generalizing a group of people because you think they generalize a group of people. Our country in a nutshell and it sickens me.

Let me ask you this would Darcy Malone, Bridgewater josh gray or Elbert log minutes for any other SEC school that you watched play this year?

I'm excited about Reath and Jennings coming in.

What I don't like to hear from Tiger fans is, "Gosh, I wish we'd lose the SEC Tournament so the season will be over." It's as if their sister became a porn star and they were forced to watch it.

I love how you act like this should be some endorsement of Jones. Isn't recruiting his "strong suit"?

In the spirit of campaign 2016, can we make LSU great again?

I am disappointed that we face another year with Coach Jones. I think he is a nice guy and loves LSU. I like him as a person. I don't think he is effective in teaching or motivating players. He also doesn't appear to be an effective game coach. To say you try to put your best foot forward and improve every day is not supported by what we witnessed this year. LSU hasn't had an identity since he's been here. In 16 years of coaching at UNT and LSU, he has been to 3 NCAA tournament games and lost in the first round each time. He has only been better than 3rd in the Sun Belt or SEC conferences twice. So, we are looking at a decade and a half of mostly mediocrity.

Having the talent we had this year and blowing it has already hurt LSU nationally. Many other coaches have coached young talented players, faced injuries, and made the tournament. I just don't get it.
