My Dad, who is GF of 6, went through similar incident last year. His symptoms mimic TIA, but Docs never diagnosed the cause. His stroke symptoms cleared, came back and even switched sides!
I have read about similar experiences with people post- vax. But when anyone mentions possible vax issues sheeple go Berserk!
