As others on that twitter feed have pointed out that All Izzo said was that he wouldn't pay for THAT player. He was however friends with Dawkins and kept a working relationship with him. He is almost certainly dirty too.

That just means Izzo didn't pay Bowen. Not that Izzo is clean. Although it's more likely than some of these other guys.
The NCAA needs reasonable doubt. They have that with Wade and certainly with Miller.

If the NCAA slams LSU the only message they’re sending is that blue bloods can do it but programs trying to come up can’t

I don't think LSU even meets that standard. Arizona is the only one at this point that I would say is there and even that is close.
