Not a good look at all. He originally was found guilty by title 9 and then won an appeal. It was originally reported to BRPD and then passed on to title 9 due to being on campus.

It 100% is. But I’ve seen that happen before when I was in college where somebody would report to police and then it gets passed to campus PD/Title 9. It’s a weird, broken system.

I like that you're more concerned with the program than the girl getting justice.
Wonder if your reaction would be different it was your daughter, sister, niece etc.
