Rohan wasn't a running QB. Rohan was tough to bring down, though.
Yeah he was 6’2” 245 lb at the Combine.. dude weighed more than Ben Roethlisberger.

Lol. No fricking way

Somewhat unrelated, but before typing this post I googled Rohan’s NFL career. He was drafted by the Patriots in the 4th round… to be Tom Brady’s backup. Everyone knows Brady played forever but holy frick that really put it into perspective for me
From what Ive read in interviews with him, he was more than content on backing up Brady and playing for the Pats. They'd send him over to NFLE and light it up in Berlin and come back and make an easy living and get a ring. They loved him there too

He would put Herb Tyler over those whiteys too.

Daniels is in the same shoes to an extent. Love Rohan though. Guy was lethal at his best and definitely was a guy that helped awaken the sleeping giant.

All 53 of them so far

Maybe memory is serving me poorly, but Daniels just looks so smooth and fluid when he decides to run. Better than Rohan in that aspect.
Da fuq? Rohan was never a runner. He was a pocket passer with a strong arm and great touch on the ball when needed.

One of these is not like the other.

Thanks for the chuckle

If he doesn’t play another snap hard to put him above any of them dudes.
All depends on how he finishes.
LSU has 10 wins or makes it to the sec championship again this year with numbers similar to last years he’s ahead of Mett and Jamarcus . I didn’t watch jones , tittle , hodson so I have no idea.
Cant put him above mauck or Flynn unless he wins a natty.
If lsu wins it this years he’s number 2.

The very next incompletion he throws, Rantards will be calling for him to be benched.

Daniels would have won multiple NCs with some of those Miles teams.

You have to REALLY stretch to make the argument for any of these 3

Rohan Davey
I think this is pretty decided in Daniels' favor
Jones/Tittle...that's just tough due to time periods and who saw those guys play live.
Burrow and JR are the clear top 2. But I think it's pretty easy to put JD somewhere within 3 spots after them.

That doesn’t mean diddly. It’s a new era in which passing is easier.
Guys who get the nod over Daniels
Burrow
Bert Jones
Y.A. Tittle
Tommy Hodson (maybe)
I would put him fourth. If he finishes out this season like he played against State I’d move him to #2.

Dude Jamarcus Russell is VASTLY superior to fricking Tommy Hodson

You are showing recency bias with your response. Rohan was way better than Daniels.
I agree on Mauck. Disagree on Flynn or Mett.

Are we just ignoring rushing or something?

Disagree on Flynn or Mett.
Based on what?
Flynn was very meh but on a stacked team.
Mett was fine, but seemed like a superstar because of the Miles era. People forget that the next year, Bama put a RB at QB and he did better than Mett. His stats were nothing special.
