That said, a trusted source I heard from who is very connected to the matter assures me that there is no truth to those reports. Last week, we saw the same type of overreaching by some in the media about Pat Casey and Kevin O’Sullivan, so I implore you to take such information with a grain of salt.

Just read this and was about to post. Sounds like he is talking about Todd Walker’s comments specifically, but hopefully it includes Bianco even interviewing for the job.

Jordy also said on his show this morning that he doesn’t believe the Bianco smoke and said he believes it’s just that “SMOKE”

Bianco is a good guy. We appreciate his time as a Tiger. However, he failed his background check by only fielding ONE CWS team in 2+ decades of coaching. With all due respect, the LSU Baseball program deserves better than that.

I am 100% sure that multiple media outlets (if you can call them that) get their "sources" for random people's posts on TD in a race to be the first to report. This is causing an echo chamber, where the thoughts on TD are being reported as inside sources, which then repel back to TD making everyone think it is true.
This same shite happened with the defensive coordinator position when OTOP started reporting "done deals" with like 3 of the DCs we interviewed and in fact they never even close to being done. If Dandy Don says that have a source very well connected to the matter, I actually believe them, they have been around long enough. I don't believe a lot of the podcasts and sports talk people that are getting their info from GAs in the football recruiting, personnel, and equipment rooms. While they may have some info when it comes to football recruiting, they are not going to have real info on any coaching searches being a done deal, especially not baseball.

Does everybody realize that Moscona is probably the least liked radio guy by the Athletic Department. He probably has zero real sources and the ones he has are probably pretty out of touch.

I'd trust Scott more than any other "insider". He actually has a reputation to uphold.
