Here's the deal: Nobody has "heard" the wiretap. An out of context quote from it was leaked by the defense, and wasn't played in court. Additionally, even if the transcripts are correct (and we've seen plenty of recent examples where they turned out to be not so), it also shows that Wade wasn't working with the agent the FBI was targeting. Oh, and Smart missed exactly 1 game after being cleared by the NCAA.
If Wade is guilty, fire him.
But, don't assume the end result of an investigation that hasn't even been formally announced yet.
