Players of his caliber are not meant to come back. I hope he enjoys what will undoubtedly be the most epic horse farm the world has ever seen.

The crazy part is that first mock draft came out and they had him going #22 to the Raiders! I think that is insanely wrong!

I think post combine his numbers will shock a lot of people. He’s a former RB. He will run about a 4.5 at 6’1” 250 pounds and should put up crazy numbers on the bench.

that's misleading. Of course the team comes before an individual player, but this is far different.

Coaches should give good and proper advice to players that's in the PLAYER'S best interest. White is on the cusp of signing a life-changing contract - a coach must tell him to go.

I have no doubt that he would love to come back and probably really is torn at the moment. After the season is over there is no way he stays and I would hope O would advise him to go.

If he came back he should wear #7 on the front and #18 on the back

He just won the Butkus. How could he possibly improve his draft position?

That's what I was about to say. Devin is going to put up crazy numbers for a MLB at the combine. He is also going to interview very well. I think those two things will move him up the board into a top 15 guy. His only real flaw is that Devin is still kind of raw. But if GM's believe he is coachable, then there is now way they will pass on a freak athlete like Devin.

As an LSU fan it would infuriate me if he returned. He needs to go. This is not even a decision. If Zero supports this he should be ran out of town.

Does anyone remember Dale Brown telling the media he was recommending Shaq go pro after the SEC tourney in 1992? That needs to happen here.

Dear Devin,

Peyton Manning stayed 4 years. He has a street named after him and made it to the Hall.

Ryan Leaf left early and was picked one spot after Manning. Ryan Leaf is broke and spent the better part of the last ten years in jail.

The choice is obvious.

Merry Christmas.

Of all the Tigers the last several years, D White is the only one I actually feel like will return. I honestly think he prioritizes this time he has in college.

He’ll win it again. What do you call multiple Butkus? Butki?

The mock drafts have him going later in the first round. He's a top 10 talent for sure, which is why he may come back to move up next year and get selected where he should.

yep, pick the outlier. Don't mention Matt Barkley, who would've been a high 1st round pick if he left after his stellar junior year, but he came back for his senior year.

He got drafted in the 4th round. Lost at least $10 million with that decision.
