who said that? They are a good regular season team. Who knows if they would or would not have beaten Vandy/Florida in a series.......bats going cold in the post-season is nothing new...it's been happening for over half a decade now.
There is absolutely no excusing PM here...NONE. To compare him to Les Miles is ridiculous as well. LSU has won 3 National Championships in their long history of football. Miles has won one of them and played for another.
LSU has won 6 national championships in 25 years in baseball, and routinely made good showings even when they didn't win it all. They can win all they want in the regular season...we aren't Ole Miss....conference banners are nice...but in baseball.....it's about deep runs in the post season regardless of whether you win a championship. This is LSU baseball, or at least it used to be.

Coach mismanaged the pitching so bad. I'm tired of seeing guys rolling pulled so quickly. This could be a tough competitive game late but he lets them get back in it
