He’s a bad, bad man when it comes to physicality on the lien of scrimmage. Could be bulk up and play center? It’s not unheard of for a tight end to grow into an OL.

That might be his best chance to have a long NFL career anyway.

My immediate reaction is to bash your stupidity. But, if not for our stupidity, what would there ever be to read on this board?

I’m going out on a limb here and say we will have a couple of better options.

Hell, if Trindon Holliday can play DE...then why can't Mashburn play Center.

Then we can switch to a 3-4 and bulk Jaray Jenkins up to play Nose

His first step would be unblockable!

I remember when the coaching staff was allegedly talking about Jarret Lee bulking up and making the move to Linebacker. Moving Mashburn to center makes no more sense than that. Not going to happen.

I dont agree with Mashburn to center move but what are you talking about? WE have two semi legit TE's on the roster and zero legit centers on th roster. West is a true freshman who was a DL in high school and last time Charles Turner tried to play center he scatter shot shotgun snaps all over the place.

Mistakenly sitting behind upper classmen whose ceilings were low floors. (Except for Ingram)

I was wondering if Thomas Perry could slim down and hold for PAT’s. He may have an NFL career if so.

Soooo, TE is a big part of CoachK's Offense, right?
Maybe, just maybe, we haven't pushed for Triggs or another TE because Sloan has had some effect on the Offense going forward. Wishful thinking, anyway...
