Jay thought A & M looked bigger and stronger. I wouldn't be shocked if the training philosophy changed going into next year.

The statement that Moore "will return next season" seems a little presumptive, but I'll take it. Will likely be the best starting rotation in the country.

When should I start laughing?
And how many other rotations for schools across the country can you name?
This is the sort of hype that sets you up for disappointment…

Yeah I’ll take the proven guy from the portal. Spend big money on a weekend arm and a big bat to play corner outfield and 3rd base. Not so many transfers just spend money on the cream of the crop

Ill take my chances with the guys here. Very unlikely we can pull bigger portal guys than a cooper moore type.

Get another proven starter. Move evans back to the pen and let him pitch twice a weekend instead of once.

Can’t risk it man. Everyone coming into this season thought the pitching staff was foolproof with the amount of talented arms, and look what has happened. You can’t just assume development will happen throughout. That’s how you end up with Thatcher Hurd going from Friday night guy to deep in the bullpen in 2024, and years like this year.

You’re not projecting any development with Evans and Schmidt and you think we just run it back with them at this years level?? Bold strategy.

Do you honestly think lsu is about to bring in 3 top flight top 30 pitchers in the country in from the portal?

With their needs at the plate?

There is a difference in trusting development in guys like guidry, lachenmeyer, rizy, and cooper williams, and the guys im referring to
