Jay thought A & M looked bigger and stronger. I wouldn't be shocked if the training philosophy changed going into next year.

The statement that Moore "will return next season" seems a little presumptive, but I'll take it. Will likely be the best starting rotation in the country.
When should I start laughing?
And how many other rotations for schools across the country can you name?
This is the sort of hype that sets you up for disappointment…

I could name alot, lsu’s potential returning rotation would easily be top 5

Yeah I’ll take the proven guy from the portal. Spend big money on a weekend arm and a big bat to play corner outfield and 3rd base. Not so many transfers just spend money on the cream of the crop

Ill take my chances with the guys here. Very unlikely we can pull bigger portal guys than a cooper moore type.

Get another proven starter. Move evans back to the pen and let him pitch twice a weekend instead of once.

Hate that, but this team ain’t making it anywhere anyways. Glad he’s coming back next year
Him Evans and Schmidt are a good 3, 4, and 5
Just need 2 big guns

We have another starter out for the year. Having surgery on his hand tomorrow. Broke his hand in his last AB Sunday. Not good at all!!

The rumor is brown, from a reputable poster

Can’t risk it man. Everyone coming into this season thought the pitching staff was foolproof with the amount of talented arms, and look what has happened. You can’t just assume development will happen throughout. That’s how you end up with Thatcher Hurd going from Friday night guy to deep in the bullpen in 2024, and years like this year.

Yes, happens all the time all across the country. Forearm tightness, forearm strains, triceps strains can all turn into nothing or season ending
Just a week ot two ago, Jay said he was throwing and should be available this weekend. Bummer

You’re not projecting any development with Evans and Schmidt and you think we just run it back with them at this years level?? Bold strategy.

It was said by many originally. Tough break for the kid.

Do you honestly think lsu is about to bring in 3 top flight top 30 pitchers in the country in from the portal?
With their needs at the plate?
There is a difference in trusting development in guys like guidry, lachenmeyer, rizy, and cooper williams, and the guys im referring to
