Max Johnson is on this list as well.

I legit forgot about him. We have come a LONG way in two years.

I never had good vibes about him once he arrived in Tuscaloosa. Was not surprised he basically only ever saw the field to relieve a true freshman who couldn't recover from getting burnt quite as easily as you'd like.

Kinda wish we had let y'all have Kayshon too and given that NIL to somebody more deserving.

Didn’t Auburn get our other bust QB?

Looks like he's already transferred out of there to Texas State. And he's 2nd on the depth chart there behind former Arkansas QB Malik Hornsby. The good news for him is that he's a 4th year sophomore with 3 years to play.

Holy shite, he'll be almost as old as that Georgia QB by the time he's done.

There were signs early in his Bama career.

Before last season, I attended an event where the Bama DB coach spoke. He was asked "who are the breakout cornerbacks?"

He didn't mention Ricks. They knew.

My favorite part of the Nabors catch is that the Bama radio play-by-play guys said right at the snap, "They're probably going to pick on Eli Ricks here."

No one “gets better” by going to Alabama. They aren’t a “coaching program”. They win with a loaded roster, not with up coaching players.

It has something to do with Saban’s lack of ability to do something - Coach, evaluate, motivate, hire, something.
Sure, his track record supports your statement…not.

Love the 2nd pic with Nick losing it with Eli. It's almost as if Nick realizes that he took one too many players from LSU, fricked around and found out. Lol

going undrafted, and probably not making the Eagles’ roster.

I honestly needed this reminder
I’m sure I was aware of it back in April, but I totally forgot he didn’t get drafted

As an aside, I looked at the Philly depth chart.

Slay and Bradberry are the starters but look at this list of SEC recruits as backups:

Greedy Williams
Josh Jobe
Kelee Ringo
Mario Goodrich
Mekhi Garner
Eli Ricks

I read that Greedy was cut by the Eagles. Strong showing by Ricks apparently.

Also saw that Danny Etling was cut by the Pack. Didn’t realize he was still hanging around

Yes, 4th string according to their depth chart. Strong showing indeed.

He looked good on Thursday night. I guess the OP will be crying if he makes the team.

People can give Boutte shite, but this guy was 100x worse

Careful, he may expose you yet.

"Kayshon Boutte sure seems like someone who’ll get good news on Tuesday.

The rookie receiver consistently improved over the last few weeks, standing out both on the practice field and in the Patriots’ preseason game against the Green Bay Packers. Boutte, a sixth-round pick, arrived in New England with depressed expectations after a rough end to his career at LSU, but he’s made a strong case for earning a spot on the initial 53-man roster.

And there were more positive signs Friday night, when the 21-year-old played just three snaps in the Patriots’ preseason loss to the Titans inTennessee. The light workload could be viewed as a sign Boutte still will have a job when New England announces its roster Tuesday afternoon.

Most importantly, Boutte has impressed his head coach.
“As camp went on, seemed to get stronger and more productive both in practice and games,” Bill Belichick said during a Saturday morning video call. “Really in all the areas that he worked into, so that was very encouraging. He showed an explosive ability on the field when he played. So he’s had a good camp.”
