Concessions at Tiger Stadium-Continuing from Score Board

Anyone know who to email at LSU about the horrible service & quality(reportedly) of concessions?
We don't buy anything at games but drinks and maybe peanuts. But yesterday on West Side middle sections lines were 15-20 YARDS long from 2nd qtr through halftime and mid-3rd quarter. Heard they ran out of cups in some stations.
I've seen large scale Middle school volunteer run concession projects run better than this.

If non one complains to LSU, they will think everyone is happy with the current state. If you want change they must be bombarded with complaints, or just not buy.

Somehow the Athletic Department thinks the East Lower is Visitors'Territory, and gives it short shrift. From concessions to restrooms to crappy 1950s infrastructure. Yet I pay the same for my season tickets as the no-shows/leave-earlies across the field (and have done so for over 50 years). Makes me the sucker, I guess.

Here's my garbage concession story.
Few games ago, I waited in line forever. Wanted to get a refill for my coke and a papa johns pizza. When I get to the register I tell her that I want the refill and a pizza. She hands me a pizza, my drink and a big water (that I didnt order) and says the total is $18. I told her that I didnt order the water. When I said that, the dude behind me (wasn't with me) says, "Man they can't get anything right at these concession stands." The concession worker looks at the dude behind me stupid and begins arguing with him.
Meanwhile I'm sitting there trying to explain to her that I didnt say I wanted a water and that just the pizza wasn't $18. She was so pissed at the dude behind me she acted like I was the one being a bitch to her, and tried to tell me she charged me the correct amount. Finally I just said frick it, paid the money, just so I could get away.
Didnt go to the concession once this past weekend.

I would like this also. I had a hotdog that tasted like it was reheated from the last home game. Also had nachos that had about 9 chips and cold cheese.

Well I've experienced arguing over the amount of change I got back after giving the dude a 20 and he swore I handed him a 10. And also running out of cups

15 minutes before game time you couldn’t buy a water from a stand because the coolers were still locked in South Endzone. Second time that has happened this year.

The free refill change this year sounds awesome until you have to wait in line half an hour just for a refill. I tried to get one at the basketball game Friday, saw the line and said screw it

Anyone else notice that if you got a large drink and got a refill, they just scooped the cup that you had been drinking out of back into the ice while refilling your drink? I don't know if this is just the one worker who got my refill this week or if its happened before and I just never noticed, but that's pretty disgusting. Anywho, hope everyone in my section enjoyed the remnants of my whiskey that made it into the ice machine.

It’s terrible. It’s the slow arse, shitty employees not giving a frick. If I didn’t need sprite to mix with I would never to to the concessions.

I like what Ole Miss has in their stadium. At some concession stands, there are refill stations accessible without having a worker refill your drink. LSU and everyone else needs to take note. Just walk up, refill, and go back to your seat.

Guy working barely spoke English. I ordered a sausage poboy he told me they didn't have any. Girl from behind comes up and said yes they did. I had a good buzz but it was pretty damn good. Buy one every home event I attend.

The lines are ridiculous. Got up when Arky scored right before the half to go get a hot dog, nachos and a drink. Didn’t get back to my seat until 4 minutes had already gone by in the 3rd quarter and LSU was kicking (missing) the PAT.

Agreed. Besides the shitty assed Curtis Mathes tv's in the cabinets with rabbit ear fuzz for the replays, the First Second Baptist Church Concession crew never had lines wrap around the bathrooms and down the concourse. Each window in 305-306 has 1 register and 1 line, 25 people deep. The food is shitty, the service is shitty, and the prices you pay for both are ridiculous.
But I bet they account for every freaking dime now.

LSU monitors the Rant. If all the threads we have had here haven't gotten the point across I don't think an email would either.
