This! He whines about the problems of the system that he has helped create.

Cody is proof you can become a billionaire and not be smart. His takes this week have been clownish.

God bless America.

As I've aged, I completely stopped listening to these people who talk about sports. They know nothing. Everything spoken about is basically hypothetical. They do sports and are of the equivalent of a Jim Cramer in finance
One of my better personal growth accomplishments is cutting all that outta my world

I love that LSU lives in their head rent free. And no, LSU has nothing to do with this so stop sullying our proud university. Don't even try to equate what you've done compared to what any other college has. This is as low as it gets and destroys the entire sport.

A dwi doesn’t potentially affect the outcome of games, which affects a lot of gamblers. Campbell is an idiot.

He's a wealthy clown, so desperate to make Tech relevant, he helped pay $1,000,000 for a softball pitcher.

He's just another billionaire who thinks that he's smarter than everyone else and should have everything his way. He has fought the entire B12 conference leadership. He's a prime influencer in Cruz' misguided Save College Sports Act.

He has inserted himself as an oversized disrupter in the entire conversation.

Oligarch is going to oligarch.

This dude is delusional. We’ve disciplined multiple players over the years and kicked some off the team for fighting, smoking weed, etc… including one of the best players to ever suit up.

Idk that theres a world where even LSU fights this hard for eligibility for a player gambling on his own team.
We kicked off Perriloux and he was going to be the damn starter that year. We had to play a kid from Harvard, a redshirt freshman and a true freshman in his place. Peririloux's release actually started a gap between 2008 and 2019 that we had ONE good year at QB. Every other year could be described as the downright horrendous to slightly above mediocre at best. Since 2019 Burrow we've had 2021 Max Johnson (who was good with a couple really bad games thrown in), 2022 JD5 (who was really good with a couple of really bad games thrown in), 2023 JD5, and 2024 Nuss (same as 2022 JD5).

We kicked off what would have possibly been (had he stayed his 3rd and final year), the best play ever from LSU. Think of Mathieu as a junior. He would have been a 2x all American + freshman all american, likely 2x Chuck Bednarik winner and 1x Thorpe award winner (would have been twice but Mo was so damn lock down and electric himself AT LSU). I also think we beat Bama and finish 12-2, losing the SEC championship game, but beating our BCS bowl team. I mean you'd have had to retire the #7 jersey at that point right?

He's an idiot.

No one boycotted Penn State because they took responsibility - too late I admit but they suffered sanctions.

The University paid a $60 million fine and the football program took a Four-year postseason ban.
Football scholarships were sharply reduced from 85 down to 65 total scholarships.
All football wins from 1998–2011 were initially vacated removing 111 wins from Paterno's record.
The football program was placed on NCAA probation for four years and players were allowed to transfer immediately without losing eligibility.

Texas Tech imposes a two game suspension No comparison.

As to the LSU comment - wrong again. LSU would have gotten the same or probably worse.

This dude has the self-awareness of a fricking pinecone. If anything, the outrage would be much bigger along with the consequences. LSU lives in the crosshairs.

C'mon man, don't sell LSU short. Y'all were hated well before Lane or Wade got hired.

National media turned on us when BK left their darling Notre Dame.
Before that, LSU hate was pretty much confined to SEC schools, Tulane, and ULL

It's a silly conversation. We all know it's wrong, and we all know that every single P4 school would have done this same exact thing. They have a $5M QB and they want to see him play. It's wrong, but until there's a governing body to put a stop to this BS it will continue happening.

Also, it's nuts to say that everyone would give LSU and Lane Kiffin a pass for anything. We are one of the most nationally polarizing brands right now.

Hopefully the players believe this.

Yes guys, you will be better off if you come to LSU, vs some Mickey Mouse operation like Texas Tech.
