What a game. These wins change programs. Happy to see the PMAC packed out on a Wednesday. Crowd finally woke up at the end.

I sincerely hope that after this hugely important and hard fought victory the Will Wade cultists will now realize that ship has sailed and CMM will lead our Tigers to the next level.

Crowd seemed loud in the 2nd half…. We need to have a great turnout Saturday night vs a pretty good Moo State team

I am so happy for him. I, like many, doubted his ability but I’m glad I was wrong. Super happy for him and the team especially because he seems like an awesome dude.

Wade's teams generally got weaker as the season progressed. I'll take McMahon.

Really good to see him smiling and having fun. Hamming it up with the students and taking the time for all of the selfies. Hell yeah!

Loved will wade but seemed to lose to teams he should beat. McMahon seems to do more with less. A Kentucky upset usually is a sign of good things to come for lsu basketball.

good Moo State team

They're solid. A very big and physical team, but not as fast as Kentucky.

Miss State is a hot team, having won four straight. And they have wins over Auburn and Tennessee. Their record is 18-8, same as Kentucky. Tigers are in for a dogfight

I know he is going home tonight and getting some serious hugs from his family. Great job coach. He is in such a tough position. He is grinding through it. I mean what else can he do just do the best job you can with what you have and what you can get possibly and trust in your coaching ability.

The 1978 Kentucky game that we won in overtime with all five starters fouled out was when we knew that Dale Brown had arrived. This could be that moment for McMahon (on a smaller scale).

Friendly reminder Wade had more top 10 recruiting classes than NCAAT wins. And that our best tournament run came when he was suspended.

Cory Chest, Robert Miller, Curtis Givens will be added to his other HS recruits Ward, Reed, and Williams.

Might take another post player in the portal, unless they expect Miller to contribute right away — but add those guys to any remaining upper classmen & that’s a pretty solid foundation for 2025 roster.

Have to be encouraged by player development this year.
