If it was a library, yes.

Awful crowd. Good performance from team.

You think crowds were loud in the Wade era

Well it was Wade, after all and everybody knows that things were better when Wade was here. It was the LSU basketball nirvana.

LSU - Ole Miss 1981. Loudest the Deaf Done has ever been for an LSU Men’s Basketball Game. Ears rang for 2 days.
LSU smoked Ole Miss to win the SEC.
Great year for LSU Basketball.

I was 1 so I missed it.
But LSU v #1 Arizona in 99-00 was loudest of any football or basketball during my college days.
Good times.

The Deaf Dome between 86-91 was amazing. Back then the Mike the Tiger Mascot would be lowered from the ceiling of the building before games and it would go nuts.

I’ve watched a bunch of basketball games today and even some teams that aren’t great like A&M and UCF have wayyyy better crowds than we do. Winning definitely cures all but the way the PMAC is set up currently kills any chance of a home court advantage. I want an arena where the students are right on top of the court like Ole Miss and Auburn. Would also make it way easier to fill the place up.

Come to an LSUWBB game in the PMAC. Very loud and boisterous and a definite home advantage.

Goes back further than that … at least 80-84 when I was there.

LSU_Kentucky January 1981 was insane. Loudest I've ever been to. I did not make the Ole Miss game that year. That was my freshman year at LSU. Student section in the Kentucky game was overflowing.

Oh good grief…you think LSU fans just got loud when tear came here? The building was already called the Deaf Dome when you were still in diapers…

None of you constantly bitching after a big LSU win are worth the four drops of semen that allowed any of you to see light.

Our library has more leaks, but not by much.
