Like that awesome pass to Nabers? And the sack that happened? And getting repeatedly stonewalled at the LOS?

unless he puts on 30 lbs of muscle and keeps his same bend and speed he’s not a Micah Parson or Von Miller in the league.

Well he needs another 15-20lbs if he wants to be ML in the NFL. How many 220lb ML are there?

At his current size, and speed, he's a OLB, and to be honest, he's really more the size of a SS than LB.

I hated his response to the Perkins question. I’m all for player development but not at the expense of an LSU victory.

This is the only issue I had with his answers. You’re the coach of LSU. You’re not paid to be the NFLs developer. Also, who is saying he’s a ILB at the nfl?

I understood he’s explanation of “we aren’t who we thought”. He knew the magnitude of this game and think he drove a message of playing the game under control, staying focused so much that the players unfortunately treated it like a scrimmage

He is obviously still tapping that real estate chick and not fully into football. That is what millions will do for you and 10 year deals.

Do tell. Any truth to it?

All of fall camp should have been high energy focused on beating Fla St. should have been playoff intensity.

Not to compare to Miles, but he got us ready for Oregon by running two Offensive units at the D back to back.

That is the kind of preparation needed for a first game top ten matchup on the road.

I think this bothers me more than anything. He’s lying. Why not on your mistakes Coach?

He’s just dancing around the issues, but I guess that’s what he’s supposed to do until they are fixed. His team quit like he did looking like a deer in headlights on sideline no emotion. Guess we fricked up again maybe he will get lucky like the last two and get us a title before he stops caring all together

Kelly worked in politics at one point. He’s good at dancing around the issues.

Kelly does not question team's physical capabilities.

DLine was gassed after 1st possession of the second half.

It seemed not to be there from the first play of the game. After the swing pass, one or two blocks by the receivers and that could have been a score. The receivers were just going through the motions.

On defense, guys were hanging back waiting to see others make a play. No urgency to attack. Soft is not a strong enough word for their performance.

"Thoughts on Harold Perkins performance": Kelly still trying to find happy medium that balances needs of team with needs of Perkins for next level (NFL)...it's a work in progress.

Kelly said DB's were out of position at crucial times...

Some of this was just plain getting beat by better players.

Oline got dominated and Daniels missed a wide open slant and made a very poor throw to Malik.

He's basically a faster Stevens from the 2019 team and he definitely needs to show up better than that FSU game if he wants to play in the NFL

Shades of Miles and "clock it" and "where's my wife?" Not comparing his coaching to Miles but Miles vehemently denied saying those things but it was caught on film both times.

I mean, what the frick do y’all want/expect him to say here? He’s in a no win situation no matter what he says or how he answers these questions

Daniels can't be our best runner.

Daniels won't allow anyone else to get involved. He wants to either throw to wide open receivers or tuck and run then complains he's "doing it all".

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what he said. I heard the soundbite from his radio show.

I'm wondering if we bought more fluff than fight.
