Never said it did. But I bet you'd be pretty pissed if LSU was raising the price of your season tickets while going 6-6 every year. Fans aren't guaranteed answers, but I certainly understand why they would want them. It's the same with any injury or suspension.
Fans want to know why players who are on the team and in "good standing" according to the coach aren't available to play.
