youre confused as to why he doesnt like the same things you like?

you're a Louisiana guy, you like Louisiana things, but what if that awesome job was in Portland, for example? and then one day someone came and offered you a job in Louisiana?

youd leave in a heartbeat right? even though you had that amazing Portland job.

He is 30, he is believing in himself and taking his shot. If he does well in this role he is a HC in 4-5 years in the NFL at 35. Meaning he can make big time money for years if he is again successful.

He is confident in himself. Ill take a natty and wish him good luck 10 out of 10 times.

It is called ambition and striking while the iron is hot. He gets a full time high profile OC job in the NFL, and if successful in line for a NFL HC job. Look at Sean McVea of the Rams. ThanksJB for the life long memories.

Why is it hard to believe for some that he just wanted to be an NFL coach, and that's all to it?

Sometimes in sales the potential buyer has an objection that you just can't overcome. The NFL has something that we can't offer, the NFL.

Furthermore, you want ambitious assistants, because as you can see they're the most motivated and kick arse. But the downside is that they leave eventually.

Lol even if he fails is there any chance he wouldn’t be able to come back to LSU as OC? No.... so why not?

Brady seems to like the pro style better. More X’s and O’s and less teaching.

Joe Brady is a ginger who wears over the ear Beats, has a bald fade and neck beard tendencies. He couldn’t give 2 fricks about hunting or fishing trips and will still be slaying Co Eds wherever he goes.

If I'm Brady and the NFL is my desire I'm going to Cincinnati

Smart to make hay while the Sun shines

Did a wonderful job, no question, but sure had tremendous players executing

Because LSU is just like Blue Mountain State.

To YOU, that is a good fulfilling life. Just personally, I don't hunt, I don't fish, and I don't really like other people paying for my shite. Don't think I'd be satisfied with the connection of a 21 year old as a 30+ year old man, either.

Joe Brady wants to coach at the highest level. He doesn't give a flying frick about shooting wild turkeys.

Make similar money, dont have to worry about convincing players to come play for you. You let front office handle all that mess. You just show up and coach the Xs vs the Os and go home.

Yeah, no way I’d go follow my dream of coaching in the NFL at 30 when I could go to turkey hunts.

OP epitomizes why Louisiana will always be 47th - 50th in any positive ranking.
