I understand, but let’s say LSU wasn’t as good as we are right now. Then a great player left to go to Clemson. Most people would be pissed in our fan base.

Not true. Many fans were upset that he would “leave LSU for tcu.” However the rational thinkers explained it by playing in a better offense.

I'm sure he's aware of Joe's journey to LSU, the reasons behind it, and his success. Every time his transfer came up in an interview,Joe said he wanted a challenge, to play in the SEC against the best & to win, so he chose LSU. And those interviews ran non stop from the bama game all the way through the NCG.

I think you’re right even though they are a smaller school playing in a different division people still for the most part are selfish and don’t wanna see someone leave their school to find success elsewhere. These Bison fans though are the exception they are knowledgeable and quality good people and fans. We might get a fan base following similar to Joe with this deal. Good problem to have and I’ll probably end up pulling for the Bison some too because of it.
