Recievers for FSU were "wide open" all night. The zone LSU ran was terrible. Leaving rbs uncovered/no presnap keys?, zones all over the place, FSU wr's were wide open and corners turning their backs to the ball in "zone" coverage. Wtf happened in spring and fall camp?

To win in football you have be strong on your oline and play great in the secondary....both were terrible....we lost

I’d say red zone playcalling and third down defensive playcalling. Secondary wasn’t good but we could have easily been up 3 scores at half if we had even slightly competent red zone playcalling

We can only hope Denver Harris issues get resolved. That would give Chestnut the opportunity to play teams’ #2 receivers

We knew the secondary was going to be an issue this season. Esp against a QB and WRs like that. What bothered me the most last night was the OL play. It was supposed to be much improved. Brad Davis has been lauded on here to no end. He gets a D for last night. Some of it can be attributed to not having an SEC caliber RB out there (J Williams is clearly not 100%), but our OL got a giant dildo shoved up their asses with no lube.

Disagree. We knew coming in that the secondary would be a problem. And it was.

Biggest fail last night was coaching. On both sides of the ball.

Probably the worst coaching job of BK’s career

The secondary is what it is, a bunch of transfers cobbled together.

They will gel and get better but our starting corners were at Syracuse and SELA last year. That was always going to be a liability.

That or O-line. Take your pick. We couldn’t run the ball at all which put more on Daniels. Once FSU knew we were throwing, their pressure was pretty relentless.

I agree, but the entire team seems to lack fire and passion to me. I also believe without another loss late in the season. This team is still in it. That is the advantage of playing in the SEC. If it's taken advantage of.

I cant blame them running zone, because i saw DBs get manhandled at the LOS in 1 on 1.
If youre going play somr zone LSU has to get pressure on QB

FSU probably has the best WR room in the country.

They are gonna put up insane stats this year.

What do you expect the secondary to do when you refuse to rush the quarterback with more than three people

Oline
No consistency running the ball
Secondary
Redzone issues
Another big one was we looked like we were starting to quit on defense when it was tied 17 all. After that we ran out of gas. Havent seen that in a whole at lsu.

so many blown coverages and missed tackles, I blame House for last night but the players on defense need a reality check.
