My goodness has he been swinging a hit bat this spring. Night and day from the beginning of last year. Would love to to Pearson ball out and be a 1-2 rd draft guy with his versatility and bat.

Tre Morgan was a 3rd round pick. He will have a good year, but let’s manage expectations here.

First baseman with not a ton of pop BUT THAT WASN’T his game. He will likely get bigger and stronger.
Pearson is a different athlete with a lot of natural pop due to his bat speed.

If he’s a 1-2 round draft choice we will have had a special year.

He was working with his dad at my kids’ school the other day and it’s right across the street from my house. The school didn’t post it until the next day or I might have slipped over to watch, which is probably exactly the opposite of what he would have wanted lol. Looking for him to have a big year

2 completely different players with completely different outlooks.

Morgan is a PHENOMENAL defensive first baseman. Best i’ve ever seen.
But a lot of GM’s would rather an Adam Dunn (hit the big bombs and don’t cost us a game with your glove) type there.

had Morgan played in the 50’s-60’s, he would have easily been a first rounder.

Are you saying Pearson is a better pro prospect than Morgan?

He’s good at baseball, but not that good.

Way to dodge that nothing burger. Lester was ready to go four pages and boost that 450,000+ post count

So what, Sarah Palin can see RUSSIA from her house!

J/k, I am excited to see him this year. 2 hole, perhaps?

Lester Earl has like 285000 posts. Is this the record?

Pretty sure SloFloProg has him beat pretty handily in the post count game.

Little tried to get a 99 MPH fastball by Pearson but he crushed it high off the intimidator for a 3 run shot.

He will be special for the Tigahs this year.

I love Pearson but this is a little much. Doughty was a 2nd round draft pick and his bat was more advanced then Pearson. Lets not put unrealistic expectations here.
