Big 10 is best destination

Would be the most lateralish move where we would not see any dropoff in funds they pay 76-80 million in revenue sharing per team....make it happen frick the SEC, then sue SEC for damages

Big 10 won't take us. Leaving the SEC would be the biggest mistake in LSU athletics. Would set back the program indefinitely.

We can just say we quit the SEC because the Big Ten is now considered the best football conference, we want to play the best.

NCAA and conferences done in a few years anyhow.

B1G regards itself on another level academically. The only SEC schools they would consider are TX, FL and Vandy.

The B1G league office might be on board, I don’t think it would be a slam dunk decision from the current B1G schools

I don't want us in the B10. They are 0 cultural fit with Louisiana and it hurts other sports like baseball. It makes sense financially that's the choice with expulsion but outside LSU's brand and $$$ it makes absolutely no sense to go to the B10 and they probably feel the same way.

Not only would I be on the phone now with the Big 10 conference, I would draw up a contract to disperse all the money LSU is about to win from lawsuits against the SEC and have it divided evenly amongst all Big 10 programs as a good faith gesture for accepting us . frick the SEC!

The best would to remain a football independent and have backing of Netflix and then take over the ACC.

Cmon man. Those are all great schools, but Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska….state schools with great reputations but it’s not like they are all Michigan and Purdue.
The Big 10 would definitely have a cup of coffee to consider LSU. The play would be more dynamic than just taking one more school.
If LSU really were to jump to the Big 10 it would be with a few other southern schools….most likely from the ACC.

Academics, and they certainly don't want to be dragged into this mess if the SEC actually gives them the boot. Not really a good look for the Big Ten to be adding LSU at this point.
