Texas may be doing a head fake, to low key and snatch Torina. Think Bottlenose Alleva is paying attention?

And if Texas lures the HC at UFlorida, Beth is a Gator Alumnus, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........

BT is the most consistent and competent HC on LSU's campus, and our AD is a Classic Goldbricka!!

Fat Bastard, of all the folks in the World of Underground Worms, you should know that Money Talks!!

LSU's AD is fast asleep, when he's not gavotting on the sidewalks of LSU.........so he'll be "reacting and definitely not proacting!!" That's all I'm saying......

Texas has more money for their athletic quest for hegemony, there are no impediments. With the Gators' inglorious exits, last year and this year, the Gator HC may be getting a bit edgy or nervous.

Florida will not roll like FSU, where overall statistics rule!! Overall records will not fly.....

Maybe her replacement will play best players regardless of classification?

That would be a very bad happening. This is Beth's program. If its money she may well consider leaving. It all depends maybe on how much the school really wants to keep her.
Her recruiting is off the charts right now.

As we dove into the contracts, here are some interesting things we noted: Beth Torina (LSU) has the biggest contract in terms of base salary, but also has the highest annual increase each year If Tim Walton (Florida) were to leave for another job, he would not be able to recruit any athletes he had discussions with at Florida for one year. Many of the SEC coaches require advance notice to the Athletic Director if they are pursuing other jobs. Mike Smith (Ole Miss) gets an automatic $7,500 salary increase each year his team reaches the NCAA Tournament. Ehren Earleywine (Formerly Missouri) had a clause that the school owed him the remaining amount on his contract if they were to terminate without cause. He is the only SEC coach that has their contract expire this year.

Why would Florida’s head coach leave there. It would be stupid for him to leave.

Money. Texas always thinks they'll pay top of the market to hire the best coach and they never do.

Walton ain't leaving anywhere, Texas talks big but most of it never happens, plus Walton has family in Florida right now

Even if he did I promise you they would not go after Torina, she might be an option but Florida would probably go for a bigger name with a national title already.

This isn't a knock on Beth just my opinion

Also with the brand new indoor facility coming and multiple top 5 classes coming up I don't think so. She seems pretty happy to establish HER program here

Her 2019 and 2020 classes definitely on paper are by far better than her earlier classes. She has picked up some elite athletes recently over the last couple years.

Also Texas is not pissing away a million dollar on softball, their WBB program makes way more than them

Highly unlikely. Depending on the outcome of this series, including Walton, there's only 6 or 7 active coaches with a title. Would be surprising if any of them ever left their job willingly and incredibly surprising if two did.
