I don't get it. To me he's a top 15 NBA player right now in his Rookie Season playing PG. He is the type player that GM's would build a team around.

Looking like magic Johnson, to me at least, doesn’t imply that he will have as good of a career as magic did
Also, y’all are acting like comparing him to Jason Kidd is a bad thing. Kidd will be 1st ballot hall of fame

Magic's career average was .520 Diminished by health issues at the end of his career. .530 in his first full year.
Ben Simmons is .545 in his first full year. So, pretty good so far. Let's hold off for a few years before we induct him into the Hall of Fame.
