Always seemed like the type that needed to be a career coordinator. I think he’s a really good DC, but doesn’t have the personality to be the face of a program

Agreed. And isn’t a big recruiting type. I would take him back after Baker leaves, but programs will be beating down the door to hire him as DC.

I think he’d be great fit as an NFL DC.

Would be worth a look if Baker leaves for a HC position after this season
If nothing else we would have great LB play. Retaining Raymond is a must no matter what.
