Kiffin has everything he ever wanted in a college football program right now. Saban built Bama in a different era there's a reason once paying players was legal they became irrelevant again.

Why do you say this? I live here and I have not seen any sign they are behind this. They are a lot of things but they are not stupid mfers, and this is crazy stupid.
When things are this fricking stupid they’re always an aspect of somebody’s ego some stupid shite like that and that’s clearly what’s going on here.

1. They already can’t keep up with NIL. If Kiffin is really this locked in, they are already dead as a program, and they know it.

2. They harbor old ill will towards him.

3. They have always looked down their noses at LSU, this keeps up, they have NOTHING in bama anymore. Just orange beach, which Louisiana owns much of the summer anyway.

If we lose him eventually it is more likely NFL or one of the Florida schools for proximity to there place down there.

Lane will be here long enough to coach his grandson Whit Jr.

He will hand the reins of the program to his OC Cookie Kiffin

Lane has seen the LSU fanbase have his back like no other fanbase he’s ever coached for in just 10 months. No college program is taking Lane from LSU. I think he appreciates the fanbase appreciating him.

And I don’t think he’s interested in the NFL.

He won’t leave the best job in the country and take a step down to Bama. That would be like going back to OM.

Straight up if lane ever decides to leave lsu for anything other than the nfl (which I honestly don’t think he wants the nfl) he’s a fool.

I don’t think the NFL wants Lane. I hope not for the sake of LSU.

I really don’t see Kiffin staying in Baton Rouge that long. I have come to terms with that. Hopefully he can get us at least one national title before he leaves for the NFL.

I agree with you. Tennessee has publicly chastised LSU so you know they behind it. And a deaf mute blind person knows Ole Miss is behind it as well. I truly believe in my heart everyone outside of Texas would be on our side if it truly came to nut cutting. Too much history. Too much hate. Too important of rivalries.
And even Pawl Fineshit said on his show that Bama is in serious trouble financially and Auburn would surpass them soon. Bama is trying to survive they aren’t picking fights right now.

Tennessee loved Kiffin (until he left). FAU loved Kiffin (until he left). Ole Miss LOVED Kiffin (until he left). Every fanbase except in California (Oakland and USC) has had his back as an HC. He’s still not going anywhere until he wins multiple NCs in the hardest era to win multiple NCs ever.

There is something about the NFL that the great coaches just can’t seem to turn down when asked, though.

Most Bama fans i talked to said the SEC is pissing in the wind, and this shite has become an egotistical contest of who has the biggest dick.
