One thing I have noticed about deboar that is hurting him more n the SEC is the lack of running game so far in his tenure. And they look like the best team in the country and then seemingly run out of gas in November. the lack of running game vs a venables and Kirby D cost them recently. Rbs hurt to be fair. But defenses are teeing off on Simpson wo a run game

Lol. I hope we beat their butts next year.

This is just the normal cycle of football. Alabama isn’t used to seeing a team in decline. Soon they will accept it.

The two most entitled fanbases in the SEC are Bama and Texas.
I’ll give props to Bama, they win, but I travel to T-town on business on occasion and I’ve just gotten to the point where I don’t discuss football anymore. The entitlement and arrogance is over the top.
Texas is the same, but without the results.
If both teams lost every single game from here on out, I think those fanbases would commit hari-Kari.

Huntsville, Alabama, is the main hub of the Military Industrial Complex. They have several Automobile plants. Ammo manufacturers like Remington and Federal have opened plants there. The Orange Beach area is thriving along the Gulf Coast. Have you ever been outside of your current town?

There is no joy in winning, only misery in losing.

The word is “regardless”. The “less” on the end does the work you are trying to do with the “ir” you cobbled onto the front.

Why? Didn’t they just play in the SEC championship game? Spoiled?

What every fan base needs to understand is that the days of stacking rosters are over. You get one team of all stars. The second team that was at bama and all 5 stars are now spread out at other programs. This is why saban left the game.

This guy gets it. I get shite for explaining this all the time, but once Saban knew for sure he lost this competitive advantage, he left the game.
The days of Bama having the #1 class with the number two team in that same year being so far behind them in overall ranking that the gap between 1 and 2 are the same as 2-20 is gone. Fans who do not understand how all of that works will never get it.
Everyone can pay players now and the field is level here.
Now, does Bama still get media preferential treatment that hundreds of other programs don't get? ALWAYS. But now they are losing 3 games a year due to the talent difference from the past.

Bama has a lot of money. You are clueless if you think otherwise. Alabama has a lot more industry than Louisiana, and they have been putting more players in the NFL a lot longer than LSU has.
Those Asian tech folks in Huntsville aren’t forking out NIL money for Bama recruits.

Watch how crazy it'll be when USC becomes relevant, if that ever happens. ND, USC, and Bama will always get the benefit of the doubt. Always. They don't see it that way, but the rest of the country does.

No, no its not. Have you ever been outside of your town? I lived in Deacatur and it is a nice industrial hub but we have 9% of the country's oil production in LA. And then 277 chemical plants. Industrially, these two states are not comparable.

12 team playoff was dumb as shite from day 1
In the past we had SMU and Boise State that had no business being in the playoffs. This year for sure, Tulane doesn't belong in there and neither does Oklahoma. Alabama is pretty much of a gift and maybe even Notre Dame and Miami (it they are included). The jury IMO is still out on Ole Miss who avoided Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt. Except for Texas which they lost to, what good team did they play AND beat? Answer: Maybe Notre Dame
