Yes they could. LSU could have won a few with a better offense. LSU hasn't scored more then 17 points against Bama since 2010.
Even that loaded 13 LSU offense only got 17 points.

We haven’t faced an offense like the gumps have this year. Our front putting pressure on him concerns me. Burrow is a 50% passer so that’s a concern. Love joe, he’s gritty, but tua is a freak. Let’s just play tiger smash mouth ball and stop with all the off field issues.

You better believe if LSU wins they’re going to be some murders in Alabama

Heading into this game it's getting the feel of LSU against the world mentality or against the (SEC). I think O will have them playing out of there minds.

That’s a wonderful piece of frontier jibberish.

It will be a battle. LSU has a lot of confidence right now. That is one thing that a team needs in order to beat Bama. The other thing a team needs is talent. LSU has that. They also have a strong home field advantage. They will need bama to make some mistakes, and Burrow will have to make plays consistently, but this game will be a dog fight, no doubt. LSU isn't just going to lay down because we've been lighting the score board up all season.
I think that both teams will come to play. It is going to be a fun game to watch.

It is going to be a blow out...Tua is going to knee the tiger defense in the face with an opening drive TD.
Burrow is going to go 4 and out, Tua follows up with a round house kick, 14-0. Crowd goes silent. 28-6 at half...
1/3rd tigers fans will leave to beat the traffic and 2/3 that stay will get pumped for Devin White who will get one sack in the 4th against bama’s bench and 3rd string QB. Final score 45-24.
Bama’s defense hasn’t had to play to their ability and LSU hasn’t faced an offense like Bama’s. In the Saban years Bama hasn’t had an offense like this. Past two years they played on hard mode with a RB at QB. Watch what Tua does.
LSU talks secret playbooks, hope they have one. The Bama Defense is tired of hearing how they aren’t elite this year...when the second string is giving up points and yards in garbage time.
I like Coach O, but if you think he’s going to be able to outmatch Saban I have a Billboard to sell you in Tuscaloosa and some HQ offices for the SEC to rent in New Orleans.

Wait! They would like to blow us out?! No way!

Stop living in the past. I’m not calling for the National Championship this year, but the days of LSU with an inept QB are over. I’d be concerned with how many points everyone has been scoring on your defense.
Face it. LSU is a very good team this year. We may still lose this game, but it won’t be because our team is not good or competitive.

Not saying LSU isn’t good, they are. One of the best is the SEC this year. No denying that. Bama is on another level. This is Saban’s best offense he’s Coached at Bama. They are playing at another level this year, with injuries...

If there was ever a game that Bama needed to lose its this one...they have taken their arrogance to a whole new level...

Lol. ok. Keep me posted delusional Bama Fans.

Thank you for the credit. You are right in saying Alabama is playing on another level. Hoping for good weather, and a good, clean game.

Devin White is a good player and the call was total bullshite. Mike Johnson, a former Bama AA from the 2009 team even said it's a call that should change the way targeting is called and he;s right.
But this isn't Lawrence Taylor we're talking about. he's good but not a guy that changes how you play. He's too light. He's been a non factor in the past couple games.
LSU will be fired up, intense, all that but when that wears off they just don't have the team to compete. They have emotion on their side but that's it.
I have been looking and can't find any team to play with Bama this year. This may be the best team ever put together.
I hope LSU puts a scare in us so we have some talking points heading into the playoffs. Saban is even asking the media to write something negartive about Bama. We need a game to re-focus everything and we need LSU to be at its best.

Not trying to be nouveau riche elite QB smug but the perception that Joe Burrow is anything other than bad displays how far LSU has to go.
It's hard for me to watch him play.

It will be very difficult for Al Abama coaching to convince the team that they will struggle. They dont see us coming. Frankly, I really dont think anyone does. Its a very good place for us to be. You know, it wouldnt shock me to learn that S. Ensminger has had extensive contact with H. Freeze, recently. We're built like the OM offenses that had success moving the ball on Saban's "d". Hmm... Geaux Tigers!
