I understand away tickets are dependent on the other teams BUT there is no excuse not to have your ticket requests showing in your order history.

That's a total B.S. ticket office excuse ! The SEC has LONG had very specific visiting/away game ticket mandates/requirements...i.e. x # of tickets, x# in the 'lower bowl', etc.etc. these requirements DO NOT CHANGE year to year and as far as I know NOBODY is building new stadiums which would require seating changes...so, WHAT the hell is the problem/confusion surrounding what tickets will be received and when ?? I'm pretty sure the lackidaisical attitude of the ticket office admins. is.....'what's the problem,we're ALL going to the away games with EVERYTHING pre-arranged' let the peasants figure out travel/hotel/ticketing issues at their own perile AND on OUR timeline, not ours ! It's been like this for a very long time and they still could not care less !

All just another attempt to F Over Long Time Average Customers for new High Rollers. Same BS with Parking. Have friends that are 20+ Year Season Ticket Holders that were F'd Over and didnt get a parking pass this year.

Huh? The request deadline is long passed. They've been waiting on ticket data from Ole Miss to allocate.

If they've been season ticket holders for 20 years they know that LSU has used philanthropic priority point totals for parking for nearly that entire time. Season ticket duration has no impact on that.

I wouldn't claim that the ticket office is as efficient as Chick Fil A but while the requirements don't change, the location might. And it would be an absolute nightmare to confirm tickets before establishing location.
Since COVID the travel industry norm has been to allow cancelations/refunds for future credit or full refund...especially this far out.

What on earth does covid and travel industry changes have to do with the LSU ticket office continual foul ups ?? ALL the southeastern conference teams are MANDATED to send x number of away game seats and that has NOT changed. How difficult is it to get ALL ticket offices to agree to send data by a certain date to avoid ALL confusion...do they not all meet numerous times/yr. ? Even if it's Ole MS dragging their feet, what about all the other ticket orders from other opponents....why are they not filled in a timely manner, why broadcast specific dates/confirmations ? The questions related to ticket office efficiency go on and on and on...yesr after year...one has to admit it's been a cluster%^&$ for years. Time for Verge to step up and clean house, LSU fans deserve that and more !!

LSU historically provided exact allocation quantities to season ticket holders confirming their away game tickets so that people knew how many tickets they'd be receiving vs. what they requested. Specific seating locations were assigned at a later date.
That's all that needed to be provided by the self-imposed June 10th date LSU publicized, but clearly that has not occurred yet.

Yeah. I thought about that...wouldn't the new allocation process in rounds produce some challenges?
I also wouldn't put it past Ole Miss to send us the required 1,500 or whatever it is together then piecemeal the others

You mentioned travel plans being a concern for this delay.

I highly doubt they are meeting as 16 offices together more than once a year.

I'm with you on timelines and communicating any delays or issues.

The away game tickets are 100% dependent on the OTHER team- you think Ole Miss has a Cracker Jack ticket office
They are gonna screw us out of tickets to that game I guess
