Away game football tickets notification June 10 what happened?

Notification of Ticket Allocation: Once the ticket request submission period has ended, our team will review all requests and allocate tickets accordingly. You will be notified via email by June 10th regarding the status of your request and whether your tickets have been secured. Please ensure that the email address provided during the request process is valid and regularly monitored. Once notifications are made the card you provided during the request period will be charged for all tickets

My first year trying to get season tickets. I can't find anywhere on the site where I can see my tickets. I was charged but they have me worried because the site doesnt list my tickets anywhere

I agree. Regardless of how this season goes, I’m not renewing my tickets. They’re getting too expensive and honestly, it’s getting to be too much with all my other weekend obligations. It’s getting really easy to decide to watch at home instead of having to decide between getting a water or watching an entire quarter of football.

Call them and have them send you a confirmation email. Yes, you shouldn’t have to but it’s the only way to confirm right now.

It's June 26 and they still have not published single game pricing either.

I remember the days, before they charged me $10 to digitally send my my tickets, when they mailed my tickets and I wouldn't get them until lke a week before the season starts. If there was a hurrciane coming through around that time, just put it in Gods hands because LSU wasn't going to do a damn thing about it.

It's pretty impressive how little fricks the ticket office operations gives.

The ticket office is wildly unorganized and unprofessional. It has been this way for 10-15 years at least.

I did that a few years ago and it's not like I can't pay it. I'd rather get scalped and pay less every season. Now don't get me wrong I liked knowing where I sat every game.

My accounts “order history “ shows nothing for 2026 despite ordering season tickets and away game tickets. No way the ticket office should be this bad.

How about this: my season payment plan shows just $355 balance left for the last July/Aug payments but the monthly payment says $227.5 each month or an extra $100?? Of course no return call back to find out why.

I am a season ticket holder and requested multiple away game tickets. I have zero order history in my account for 2026. The ticket office has always been a disorganized mess, but this feels like a total systemic failure.

The away game tickets are 100% dependent on the OTHER team- you think Ole Miss has a Cracker Jack ticket office….btw you can always call LSU ticket office and ask rather than speculate. 90% of my interactions with them have fine fine. If they sent a June 10th email that was a mistake on thier part but they do not control other team’s ticket process.

Ole Miss happened. They are auctioning those off to highest bidder. That’s the hold up. Normal process be damned. Free enterprise rules. $$$$$$$

Then why promise that we will get notification on any date, if there's no way to keep that promise?

Hey just got some dweeb in the ticket office and asked why my last 2 months payments show $100 more the the $355 balance. He was dumbfounded and agreed the $355 balance was good. then why wil be charged $227.5 a month for July-Aug. Said was charged for parking but I paid outright for parking nothing on deferred plan? I asked if was for away ticket but that would not make sense. Again after dumbfounded said grudgingly Ok will adjust it ; no thanks, no sorry for confusion, just hung up. Pitiful.
anyone else check there payment plan? What happen to the cheery Tiger greetings? Oh well

The 'admins' of the LSU ticket office need to be publically identified/outed ! "Customer service" is basically non-existent...especially lately ! They act like 'why even try to IMPROVE ANYTHING...we have a captive audience that can't turn to other vendors so why give a damn...we'll just continue to screw up w/o ANY repurcussions....sending a bitch email to Verge right now !

Why don't you bring a small bottle of water in? Just put it in a pocket. There's no reason to miss any of the game to go get water. I did that for decades and never had a problem. Small bottle of water and bag of peanuts and I'm good for the game.

Eat a meal at your house or get fast food before the game, then use the facilities at the stadium. You should be good to go for 3 hours.
