They will be fired up as usual and will have a good crowd but it won’t be packed unless we have a ton of fans show up to fill it in. They may have 50 or 60k Faggie fans there would be my guess.

Would be fun to see what yell leaders had to say about Louisiana and LSU at cheer practice!

i ain’t mad at ‘em.

i live over here in Aggie country in North Houston burbs. They are pretty down in the mouth about football. They Aggie fellas in the neighborhood I’ve talked to this week have 0 expectations and expect to lose this year. One even told me he wants to see LSU make the playoffs.

They are cut from the same cloth as us. Big SEC game against a rival who’s a top 10 opponent. They are going to show up and try to will their team to win. I can respect that.

Maybe because they like football and they support their team through ups and downs unlike some fans/teams

I mean teams usually sell out when a top five opponent rolls into town. Not too surprising

My neighbor's daughter (no pics) here in Sugar Land goes to A&M & she told me this morning that she's not driving back up early for the game. She said that if they were winning, there's no doubt she would be there. Also she said that many of her friends feel the same way.

there will actually be only about 40,000 at opening kickoff

Not a chance, this is their superbowl. It will be packed at kickoff. This is the same team that made commemorative cups for a regular season win against us.

They also announced a sell out for the UMass game, but the dozens of fans there showed otherwise

They are delusional. I just watched a man with an A and M shirt walk up to an old lady with and lsu beanie on in Buccees and he said "RIP". Smdh

What motivates the Aggies to pack 100,000 people into a stadium to watch them play?

A good opponent?

The Aggies’ pathetic turnout for the last game showed that their fans are nothing special. Not diehards, not a cult.
