I don't think there will be a serious discussion until mid-way thru a disastrous 2026. 2025? No way.

Just too much money. There's a better chance of BK burning out and retiring if a real dumpster fire ensues, IMO.

By the time either scenario happens, there may be bigger questions to answer first. For starters, do we want this AD to hire the next football coach?

I'm not sure about that.

Meltdown….clearly irrational.

Was referring to a program meltdown, not a fan melt.

We can get as pissed as we want to get but until BK starts losing games (an actual meltdown) no one with power really cares about a "close" loss to OM.

IF the Tigers don't make the CFP this season, BK9.9 is going to either retire or resign with a $$$$ settlement to GTFO a la Orgeron.

Just wait for it. Wait for it after the season IF there's no CFP.

All you Kelly Pumptard Sycophants can spew your "BK isn't going Anywhere" pablum all you want.

Yall did the exact same thing with Miles and Orgeron.

Shortly before the end, yall were defiantly spewing the "Les isn't going Anywhere" and "Ed isn't going Anywhere" BS too..........

Then you shell out 50M idiot

Already have, the players are not buying his BS anymore. We have a long year in front of us with no light at the end of the tunnel. 8-4 in the B'ham bowl.

Short of making the playoffs this year, I’m 100% done with him. In my friend group, I was one of the last Kelly hold outs too but Saturday killed most of my confidence. This was supposed to be the year to make noise considering the substantial investment but Kelly seems to have no pulse on his offense and more alarmingly, no answers on how to fix it. It would be supremely disappointing to waste this defense and play some meaningless bowl game at the end of the year while the likes of Bama, aTm and/or Ole Miss make it in.

If he misses CFP this season, next season becomes very interesting.

I think he has already lost a good chunk of the fanbase. He will certainly lose more if it turns out that Nuss has been injured this entire time and Kelly's been covering it up. Lose at home at night to USCe and the wheels come off.

If Nuss struggles in the first half vs USC and he’s not yanked, he’s going to lose the entire fanbase.

Agree it’s always been playoffs or else for Kelly this year.

Playoffs aren’t off the board yet but not looking like he can fix the offense.

Other than the paycheck he likely regrets taking the lsu job.

October gonna be interesting. I could see a situation where he wants out as well and they negotiate a deal for him to “retire”.

I hope BK uses the next 2 weeks to come to the realization that we just can’t run the ball. So get Johnson & Berry in space with quick short passes and forget about trying the traditional running plays that we aren’t capable of.

And if Nuss continues to suck, take him the frick out.

Brian Kelly is shitty coach.

I'm just not convinced that we can beat USCe without him.

He hasn’t tried to hire an OC to run an actual offense.

Except for his initial OC hire (that the rant hated he was bringing with him) that produced one of the top offenses in the country?

Where are the coaches. Our O-line does not know who or how to block, no blocking scheme just watch game film. Seems there is zero coaching for the offense. Play calling is predictable and high school level, no adjustments, no finesse. Lineman don't seem to know what to do when the defense stunts. Arkansas ran for over 300 yards on OM 5 man line, and we got 57 on a 3 man line, tell me the coaches know what they are doing. BK just cannot prepare a team, no matter how much time he has and his attitude sucks.
