He bailed on his last semester of classes
Based on the dates, he didn't opt out/move home until after Finals. Florida was the Saturday after Finals for LSU and I think most players take their exams early.

But, I don't think he was in school at all this Spring meaning he would still have to find 12 hours credit by the fall wherever he winds up.

It’s obvious he will have to sit out a year at Florida. That’s good news

Laughing even more at the posters on this board who actually wanted him to stay in P&G. This kid has serious issues and no parental guidance. Good riddance.

Why do I have a feeling that Sanders and Jackson St will be all over him? Has there ever been a 5 star player sign/transfer to an HBCU?

I am sure there have been some but usually because of off the field reasons at the bigger schools. There was a highly recruited Juco guy that went to Jackson State this past recruiting cycle.

Off the top of my head, Isaiah Crowell finished his college career at Alabama State before playing a few years for the Browns.

I know this board is mad at him, but the kid is not only 19 or whatever, but it surely seems like he lacks maturity to the level that it may well be a mental health issue. As in, does he mentally have the capacity to function as an adult?

I'm not saying that to be mean. I just hope if the kid really does have some issues, he's able to get the help and support he needs.

I haven't seen a rise and fall like that since Justin Blackmon was on my fantasy team.

Not sure if they had "stars," but Walter Payton, and Jerry Rice played at HBCU's and did quite well at the next level.

So, he’s not eligible this fall.
Does that mean he will/could play 1 year somewhere and then be eligible to declare?
Also, best wishes to the kid, he obviously has issues.

Someone who he trusts needs to intervene and help him get situated. He has way too much talent to have it wasted.

This kid seems to be all ate up with the dumbass. This affliction's impact on his decision making is going to cost him some serious money.

Smh

Y'all have really gone off the deep end in response to a kid transferring out of what he saw as a bad situation.

Damn, stop talking about him already.

Not an HBCU, but randy Moss ended up at Marshall after Notre dame rejected him and FSU kicked him out. He had an Ok career in the NFL, I guess.

According to an article I saw, Jackson State currently has 3 4* and no other HBCU has one and no others have signed a 4* since 2012. No idea on transfers though.

Sounds .like his upbringing didn't teach ethics and hard work.

Kids got issues obviously but this shite is said way too often on this board given certain specifics.

I’m hearing there’s a chance he may be coming back to LSU.

To all the youngsters out there, this is a good example of why it isn’t a good idea to burn bridges.
