Isn’t this being filed in Fed Court?

trains of thought as to why she picked this representation
1. No reputable firm
2. Crazy
3. Minority women-hard to argue/rule against unless you're racist/sexist

Algonquin J. Calhoun and his associates were standing outside 19th JDC. So, unless they got lost, it looks like it’ll be in state court.

The Louisiana bar exam is not much of a filter any more. Good people always have passed but now more marginal types get through.

had no idea who these lawyers are.
I’m almost positive they’re out of Jackson, MS

There are plenty of federal judges that are a train wreck. And there are federal courts in Louisiana. My original point stands. Don’t judge the potential success of the case by the appearance of the lawyers and the plaintiff. If you don’t think political affiliations of the judges and other social issues don’t play a part in the success of a lawsuit, you’re naive.

WAFB removed the embedded video(by owner) and now just has a link to watch it on YouTube.
That's unusual. Maybe it's a traffic/hosting issue.

I feel a lot better about LSU’s chances after watching these clowns up there.
You are in the 19th JDC my friend. LSU & Taylor Porter aren't exactly in friendly territory there nor will the local jury pool be friendly as well. LSU needs to fire everyone involved here, pay Lewis $3 million, and call it a day.

"My client worked there 20 years but did not know what was going on until the report came out."
Wow.
I think this is from the onion.

That was so bad of a Trainwreck, I'm surprised Michael Hingle is asking to represent us against Amtrak. No way should this be taken seriously.

When did Bridgette Brown transition?

The attorneys said they were filing additional suits in state court this week.
