Just curious if anyone took notes or knows where to watch it after the fact?

People are going to be disappointed with the offensive philosophy..

It isn't going to be the spread out RPO. It's going to be a lot of 2 TE smash mouth football with play action.

Go back and watch Notre Dame vs Georgia to get an idea.

Eta: I'm not saying that it isn't going to work. I'm just saying it won't be what some people want.

I'll wait to actually see the offense first before I pass judgment but it sounds like we won't see much spread offense or RPO's. I really hope that doesn't mean it will look like the offenses Les ran out there because that was maddening to watch.

A coach always has a core foundation and set of principles he operates off of, but a great coach adapts the implementation of said principles and foundation to best fit his current personnel.

This team isn’t built to run 2te smash mouth football. We don’t even have a fullback on the roster. I’m not saying that Kelly won’t want that in the future but that’s just not what we have right now.

Eta
Also, just because you’re not spread rpo doesn’t mean you have to be predictable. Kyle Shanahan in Denver may be the best play caller in the nfl, and look how his teams are constructed and when they succeed.

It’s just my opinion, but I believe that having exceptional tight ends that both catch and block at high to elite levels allows offense to be so much less predictable as that player is truly a passing threat and an asset during the run game. Hopefully Kelly doesn’t force personnel, but he’s a hell of a lot better coach than I am.

Is that what Cincinnati ran the last several years? Because that is where our OC was

I just read the thread and there is good recaps within. I haven’t found a place to watch or listen after it’s over

Pretty sure LSUsports.net is the only place for a replay (it's audio only).

Did the evil twin not show, or did they hide the mic from him?

They did not take calls or take questions from the crowd. So thankfully no ET last night. I like the format and hope it stays that way.

Brian Kelly said the offensive line is a work in progress which concerns me.

Yea hopefully it stays that way. No need to have fans questions live and let the same clowns clown it up for their attention.

I don’t know, the one where O got asked why he felt he deserved to be the HC at a program like LSU after the Troy loss was great.

Also, the guy asking O to not hit on his sister and O threatening to make him disappear in the swamp was trashy as hell but also golden.

That is interesting since my Notre Dame buddies tell me that all he wanted to do is pass when he should've run

People are overreacting, I listened to it and BK said nothing about having a LES offense. He said that 126 yards average running a game is unacceptable.

ND was pretty balanced from what I saw and had multiple formations.
