Wrong, it’s funny the ignorant always open with an insult. It’s like a calling card for those of you who don’t know what you’re talking about.

JJ failed to pass for over 50 yards for a majority of games. It’s not the same

They won most of those games as well and had an incredible defense. Now that we know the defense isnt a juggernaut there should be even more pressure to get something going on offense.

Nuss is a young Brett Favre...Turnover prone, and no discipline...

"Hell I’ve seen below average throwers who were great running QBs have success but we don’t run that type of offense and JD can’t play from the pocket. This won’t work is the bottom line so what are we doing?"
- This^. All of it. What are we doing? Down 30 and you roll the starting QB out there lol.. I just don't understand.

Turnover prone bc be hasn't been given enough time to make mistakes and then learn from those mistakes. And right now I'll take turnover prone if that means he'll throw it down the field and not be scared.

JD5 here next year means a sub.500 finish.
If JD is the starter next yr they’re won’t be anyone in the stands watching this crap again.
BTW we aren’t beating Alabama or Texas A&M.

Why why why why why do we keep on having these threads. Nuss has ranged from horrific to exceedingly mediocre whenever he has played, and he's played a lot. He's a ~50% completion rate passer that throws an above average amount of picks. Last year when we were dealing with noodle arm vs true freshman nuss, okay, sure, why not go with the cannon arm freshman, but we know what Nuss has at this point. It's not better than Daniels, and that's before we consider his legs.
Also, remind me again why we're melting down about losing to a top 10 team? You guys do realize that before the season expectations were for us to be battling it with Auburn as worst team in the West, right? And now we're pretty firmly 3rd?
bullshite. He has 96 passing attempts. He also got reps with the 1s far longer than he should have just to keep Daniels from staying complacent.

Nuss hasn't been given a chance which begs the question of the OP.

While that may be true. What is the purpose of JD in the game down 4 TD with 3 min to play. Chance to get hurt all the more reason to play Nuss the backup.
What's the point in giving a guy who is destined to be in the transfer portal this offseason game reps when your starter needs more time with the WRs still?

I was just saying on another thread that maybe BK just doesn't think Nuss 'has it'.
Well he loses all credibility for thinking jd has it

If he puts muss in and he does really good, it makes the coaches look bad that they should have put him in earlier than they did

You know what? You are correct. JD5 is the answer at QB. We just need to trust that he will develop as the year goes on. I mean he has had only three and one-half years to get things straight.
I know you are being facetious. But, this is the current plan. The staff is investing in Daniels...in the hopes that he's a different guy come next year.

I wish idiots would quit making this comparison. JJ had all world talent around him and still had WAY worse stats and couldn’t come close to Daniels running. Daniels is playing with a bad o-line and absolutely no running game.

Whatever "it" is, obviously the coaches think Nuss has less of it than JD.
Posted on 10/8/22 at 8:18 pm to TigerDeBaiter
The O line was worse than JD, RBs were worse, so yes JD was not the issue! WR couldnt get open separation! Did u eatch the game?

Don’t you know? Back up Qb at LSU is always a Heisman favorite to dumbass LSU fans.
