This gives me great confidence in the future of the program if it wasn't vetted to an infinite degree. IF it was vetted to an infinite degree, the vetter should not receive another dime from LSU.

I truly don’t understand the people that want him back so badly after all the back and forth. This isn’t Madden where it’s just plug and play your best players you’ll win a bunch of games.

Jordy Culotta said yesterday that people around the program feel like they are in a great spot to get him back. He said he will have to sit out a season to get his classroom work back on track and get right mentally

This is the best case scenario, IMO.

I don't care where he plays

I do wish him luck in over coming issues. It's been a tough year. I hope he is able to stay healthy and capitalize on talent if that is his wish.

Yup. You can tell by the predicted downvote storm w no replys this forum is filled w pansy arse fanny boys who never played a down of football in their life.

Erik's pansy arse wouldn't be respected by my high school team, much less my college team. Sorry it pisses you snowflakes off that we don't placate children here in the south. Were too busy building men and not depressed angry children.

"Pansy arse Fanny Boys" Good one.

At least 75% (Rough Estimate) of the Rant has never played football or any other sport at any level.

Sounds like a good name for all the A & M "Butt Buddies" as well, but it does fit very well for so many of the professional message board geeks on here...........

I bet you are way wrong about this. I bet at least 75%, more likely 90%, HAVE played sports at some level.

Yeah, we should never take any risks on any prospect regardless of how talented they are.

I don't understand why you think you know what's going on with him or with the locker room. If the players and coaches want him back, you bet your arse you bring him back ASAP.

I, and several others, have been telling this website that he was diagnosed with some mental issues that caused an acute hospital stay just before he announced he was transferring.

But everyone went with what our dumb fricking coach said in the media that his body was hurting.

It was clear the day after Orgeron blabbered that to a reporter that everyone "in the know" was told he has an issue. T-Bob, Jordy, etc. backtracked their negative comments about him. That did not stop this website from destroying the kid though.

you do understand that we can be sympathetic to his mental health situation, but still not want him here because of it?

Playing at the highest-level of college football comes with a lot of pressure. If a guy has mental issues that may adversely affect him (on and off the field), and also adversely affect the team, perhaps it's best if he's not here.

Nothing wrong with acknowledging that.

They are freaking kids, man. Kids do stupid shite all the time. I wish folks would stop acting like they were perfect during these years. Did I approve of what he did? Nope but I have no clue what is going on in that kid's head and I am more than willing to give him another chance if he does the work to deserve it.

Nothing wrong with that, I agree. But I think we also need to acknowledge that we don't really know what's going on or has been going on with him and his interactions with the rest of the team and staff since he "left". If he is in a good space mentally and the team and coaches want him back there is zero reason we shouldnt welcome him back.
