9-3 would be an outstanding coaching job.
5-7 to 7-5 is more reasonable to expect.

I feel like if lsu doesn't win 8 games something went horribly wrong.

LSU will be the Michigan State of last season in 2022. 9-3. Let’s ride.

I think it comes down to the QB. If one of those guys can have a good year, I think we are looking at 9-3, 10-2.

Stacked at WR. Boutte, Nabers, Bech, Thomas and Jenkins are all solid.

O-Line should take a step forward.

I was so thrown off last year when Emery was out the first game. I thought he was going to be the breakout player in 2021. Him, Noah Cain and Goodwin should be a good trio.

Defensive line is stacked.

The back end of the defense is a huge question mark, so many new people that I have no idea what to expect. Luckily a lot of them have playing experience.

We are not in the same conversation as Bama.

I think how many games we win this season will depend on the QB and OL play.

Thank God we have Kelly to figure this out. If we had O going in to this season, I could see us going 4-8.

I have to roll with this unless we completely whiff at QB. Kelly is a great coach and has assembled a top notch staff. I have faith this staff can get the situation straightened out quickly.

If we win more than 8 games in year 1, the SEC is screwed.

Stacked isn’t the right word. Multiple positions are one injury away from a real problem. Now I would say the 2 deep can compete with just about anyone. They just don’t have the depth that is usually seen in top level teams.

We don’t even know who the QB is. Also what part of our O line, RB room is stacked IYO?

We don't have a proven great RB, but we are stacked with SEC quality backs. That's a good position group.

Oline looks like a very good group. The pieces are there - front line and depth. Every oline has to gel, and that's an unknown, so we'll see.

Thankfully we won’t have Jake Peetz calling plays & O’s feaux man front that doesn’t blitz and plays the same coverage every single play out there. Also, there’s a positive energy around the program instead of the toxic meat head culture that was in Los Angeles last September.

We have an entirely new coaching staff and we're going to be breaking in a new qb. We're also going to be starting an entire new o-line that will probably take a few games to gel. I think we go 8-4
yep and don’t forget we have a very tough schedule.

Yes. LSU has pretty much a brand new team from the HC all the way down to the water boys. 8-9 wins with this year’s schedule would be considered a massive turnaround. 5-7 wins is not out of the realm of possibility, however, and is more realistic. This team isn’t ready to win the conference just yet.
