Its the Principle-These players deserve their choice of coming back for their 5th year which the NCAA prevented them to pursue

Forget the soccer players at LSU that were pro, rostered, and already fricking played.

SEC changing the rules after the kids were in the building is what created the imbalance. Not LSU.

Not only that. 2 players who never even made an NFL team and sued to be part of the 5 for 5.

This is a necessary demonstration of how incompetent and irrelevant the NCAA and SEC have become in the wake of Alston v. NCAA (2021). None of the existing structures are going to hold up under the new framework. Have to destroy the old and create the new. Sucks but it's reality.

This is ridiculous. If I was the SEC I would definitely kick LSU out. Bad look for the program and the whole state. Somebody with some sense on this side needs to say enough of this shite!

You’re going to kick LSU out for considering singing ineligible players, but not Ole Miss, Texas, Kentucky, Missouri and USCe for actually doing it?

Explain that one to me.

I know, you’re so emotionally tough taking on the SEC from your Facebook page. The SEC is trembling to the thought of how much of a man you are.

Shut up you inbred coonass

Agreed, this is ridicules.

Too many distractions. This is turning into a clown show and it will impact what happens on the field.

I think some of you guys are not fully understanding. We’re past that. The sec is suing for things that have already happened. The pursuit of the players. It’s not about whether or not the players play. They’re suing regardless. And the players that are fighting in the hearing right now are fighting for their own money. The drama is happening with or without the players playing.

it is a win win for LSU regardless of outcome. If they can't play then we took it far enough to where other schools wont play them either. If they can play we improve our team

Let the players GEAUX! We have a great roster now that 40+mil paid for. Two players for the DEATH PENALTY on LSU if we play them. Not worth it. LK needs to pass.

I don’t see how they can target LSU specifically when these other schools have done the same. This should only hurt their case. Plus Ole Miss already has tampering issues and these players will go on record along with their agents to say Ole Miss was involved. Is this really what the SEC wants to do over a few players suing for eligibility. I still don’t see how they can pick and choose here.

I dont understand why some you are so hard up for this shite. These guys are not worth the trouble. We have guys who have busting their arse all year getting ready for the season and we talking about court rooms. It's such a buzzkill for the start of the season.

It’s not about the players playing anymore. It’s about why LSU is being attacked when other schools that have done the same thing are not.

You guys don’t understand that all of this drama is going to happen regardless. The SEC is pissed that LSU pursued players. They’re going to sue no matter what.

Just forget about it and play the season with the players we have.

At the point, it's a matter of standing up for yourself.

I'm ready to put in on the STTDSankey and STTDSEC billboards.

Quit being dramatic. Our school, government, and lawyers have been aligned since the beginning on this. We’ll win on and off the field.
