he came to lsu as insurance if Nuss got hurt and made decision to redshirt unless nuss got hurt, if Nuss went pro he would have had two years at LSU as starter

Easily. Injuries happen, they arent planned. You can't make free agency pickups once the season starts. We had 4 last season. See it's not hard.

He was never going to have a realistic chance to play here and I figured he knew that when he signed (apparently not). He was behind Nuss, Collins, and Hurley the day he committed here. He also knew, at the time, Underwood was committed. The only reason he ever got playing time was Nuss getting hurt and Collins' plan to enter the portal already having been known by the staff. One would assume if you get benched at Vandy you're probably not going to start at LSU
I always assumed he came here as sort of laying the groundwork to transition into a GA role. Guess not, Good luck to him wherever he goes

In the position he chose to walk into, he knew that whenever he got a chance to come into a game, he HAD to be good. He wasn't. That failure and the portal additions pretty much sealed his fate.
