I think Greg is severely underestimating how far Louisiana would be willing to go to protect LSU football.

The SEC is acting like a retarded 5yr old flailing around ultimately suing Elected and Non-Elected State Officials responsible for representing the University

Amicus briefs are filed all the time in litigation by interested third parties in litigation who are not parties. I don’t think a geaux Tigers violates the law.
The SEC should be sanctioned and this shows this is petty and not serious litigation and meant solely for harassment. Especially to the extent the AG is named.
The state should file a lawsuit against the SEC and all SEC schools for collusion.
LSU should file a separate suit on regard to this vote. This cannot possibly be following any actual sec written process to handle such issues. There should be due process arguments all over this fiasco
