Didn't see any of the facebook videos or Sanchez's stuff but based on the OP's post and screenshots of text messages, the lady seems pretty believable.
Was a very reasonable post. People that jump up to closer seats are the worst. Super fan but not big enough of a super fan to buy the seats you are sitting in.

I know. It's also possible she thought they were filming her. Watch the video again. She wasn't really paying attention to the woman with the phone then glanced over quickly and smacked the phone down.
