What exactly is she going to do besides call someone if something happens?
It fills a spot that there SOP says someone needs to be wherever she was. They never expect anything to happen. Which is a problem on their part

But still not a crime.

Calling someone gay is sexual harassment now a days.
Things that meant one thing 10 years ago don't today.

Any evidence or other witnesses?
I wouldn't put it past him but if no attorney would represent her it tells me she had a pretty weak case. Most would've jumped on it as the likelihood of a quick and quiet settlement is astronomical.

However, the fact that NO attorney would take the case says ALOT given the litigious state of Louisiana.
I don’t like Guice.
I covered him as a recruit.
But, there is no monetary damage other than her one-time embarrassment.
That’s not a civil case worth anything.

If you’ve ever interacted with Derrius Guice, then you know she is telling the truth.

Well Guice is a piece of shite. Nothing new here.

Let me pimp out my supposed trauma for the current hot story to get clicks and boost my career...female writers like this are pathetic.

I read an article in USAToday that said Guice had 3 incidents prior to this. If that is true and this story is true and CEO did nothing, he needs to go.

"With Guice, though, I had a reason to believe otherwise, and I stayed quiet. I didn’t want to be the story, didn’t want to appear weak or frightened or alarmist. I dismissed him as a hothead, a jerk, a guy with anger issues. According to the USA Today story, at the time Guice threatened me, LSU already knew of both rape allegations. I wonder if Guice thought that’s why I was in town, if he heard “reporter” and assumed I knew something I didn’t."
Now this is definitely a major problem for LSU and I suspect this story is going to get even uglier as move forward over the next days and weeks.

I'm not defending him but, if there were no charges filed, who is really at fault.
Did those women file charges?
The reporter wrote a story but admits she failed.

Apparently the security guard doesn't speak Jive. See, in "Jive", Guice's words mean, "How do you do? Pleased to meet you."

that story was written 6-7 months ago.

Just not that impressive after reading the account of the Security Guard
Long story short he sent a text message saying 'stop poking around my life or else'
I believe these allegations are likely true but her story reads like someone wanting to insert themselves into a story that's hot at the moment

Handled what? Sexual harassment is not a criminal offense. I'm all for punishing the privileged college athlete but ultimately this was a college kid making a crude statement. If any other college kid said this at a bar, it would be laughed off. Do I have recourse against others who have told me this? Can I get them in trouble at work? Get them criminally charged? File a civil suit? frick no I can't. This is getting blown up because of Guice's other actions and the Miles investigation.
The part about her being scared of the NOPD is laughable. The NOPD didn't give a shite about Guice and she didn't need to be "scared for her life." This lady is writing

The text message is bad, but the reaction that, I assume is Michael bonnette had, is what you should take notice of
