I had a former boss who would tell me “perception is reality” in the eyes of the public. I would think a large number of people view this as CEO did not do anything to one of his players who had numerous sexual allegations against him. Now, one of those allegations occurred against a 74 year old grandmother. How does this make LSU look? I think it is going to be tough for LSU to keep CEO after this.

If what Scott says about conversation (that O denied having in HB report) having taken place can be proven from phone records O is in real trouble.
Woody is no O fan with the very public reprimands about political commentary, and Os stupid admission he didn’t interview Pelini and others.
LA lawmakers predisposed to despise LSU are circling and would like nothing better than to scalp the head coach at LSU. Should be interesting week ahead.

Somebody get that boy some help. Pic was provided by “USA TODAY”
Wait does she have one arm? Why is she working security?.... This story is just all over the place.

i remember when guice fell in the draft due to "character concerns" and everyone on here (myself included) took up for him.
frick that dude.
I was one of the few saying - something was amiss about him and the NFL knew... and everyone in BR blinked.. EVERYONE that blinked - should be fired. He should not have played in bowl game. season ticket holder 1993 - 2018.

surprised it took 10 pages to see a pic of this woman

Guice is a POS. But no witnesses, no one else to corroborate her story. No Lawyer to take her case. No police report. Calls coach to tell him not to play in a game. So much bullshite to this one.

Posters don’t want to admit the reality here but CEO is finished at LSU. It might not be today or tomorrow but he won’t be at LSU in Jan of 2022. The corroboration of the phone call with Oregeron made to this woman by a third party also is really really bad.

. King hadn't had a chance to do anything - positive or negative - at Oregon State, but that board cut him loose because they recognized the damage that a story like this can do to the broader institution in terms of student recruitment, faculty recruitment, and fundraising
I guess they learned from continuing to trot out an actual child molester on the pitcher’s mound for multiple seasons

Athletes want to talk about injustices, but shrug this activity off every time. It’s hilarious

I’m not worried about losing Coach O. I’m worried about the NCAA declaring lack of institutional control. They will come in and audit us to the stone ages.

He harrased her.
He didn’t touch her, he wasn’t in a position of authority over her.
He was crude and obnoxious.
No law was broken. People get fired for this behavior. He should have been cut from the team.
But illegal? No.

Maybe not illegal but IF a phone call was made then LSU has a serious problem.....

don’t remember Jamis Winston being under so much scrutiny for “grab her by the P”
Well, for one, he was suspended for the Clemson game due to that, so after he was punished, there wasn't much to scrutinize. But there was much scrutiny at first when FSU first said they would suspend him for the 1st half only when he was already dealing with a rape allegation. They got blasted by the media, etc., and then changed it to a whole-game suspension.

Very much so. If Orgeron called her and then told the investigation firm he doesn't know what happened, how can he keep his job? That would mean that he was covering up his knowledge of sexual misconduct to the firm that LSU hired to investigate sexual misconduct. Not good at all.
Eta: I should have said direct knowledge.

Considering no crime occurred, I don't think it will be.
However, I have no doubt there are other things that will surface now. You know how people are. If some pattern is developed then yes, Orgeron could be fired.
BUt I doubt most of her story.
