It appears he didn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt at all. There’s no way to verify if these statements from LSU and Orgeron are accurate, unless they’re recorded or they were stupid enough to put them in writing, but if Orgeron and LSU said these things to this woman, they’re at worst enablers of Guice.

I mean, it's a nothing burger. He made some crude comments to an old lady. It's not illegal so there is nothing the cops could or should do. It wasn't newsworthy until the other physical incidents came to light. Everybody is overreacting with this "story." Half the OT (male and female) have probably made similar comments to others either online or in person. With that said, he is still a POS but this story is

Oh, she may well be cray cray.
But I doubt we are going to find any paper trail showing LSU properly handled this. Not at all hard to believe (given all that Husch Blackwell dug up) that Coach O, Segar and Ausberry all did their best to get crazy old lady to forgive, forget and go away.

Considering what it appears he was able to get away with at LSU, he was untouchable. All of this shite is going to get worse for LSU before it gets better.
